One more website I was reminded by a future real estate Agent by the name of Alexandra Hewardt-Anderson who I am betting will be a great agent reminded me of: http://redfin.com I actually was impressed by them when they first came out. However, I never was able to use their services for one reason or another. At the same time, it’s run by some smart people & for agents who have sold a number of deals (check the website out), it may be a great marketing tool.
